I have over 15 years experience as an owner/operator of several small businesses. My background ranges from running a three person professional services office to heading a 100-plus employee, three shift manufacturing operation in North Carolina and three distribution branches around the United States.
I couple my direct operating experiences with 15 years of consulting with small businesses and their owners, with an emphasis on tax planning and reporting matters. My experience at the detail operating level, at the owner/manager level and in the outside consultant role provides me a unique perspective on small business operations.
Bottom line, I can use that experience to help increase the beneficial value of your business to you, the owner. Whether you are looking to minimize taxes or other operating costs, to maximize cashflow to you, to acquire or expand your business, to transfer ownership of your company to a next generation of owners, or to sell your company and invest the proceeds into a diversified portfolio, I can assist you in all phases of the small business lifecycle.
Please Note: Thomason Financial Services does not perform any attest functions - preparing, compiling, reviewing or auditing of financial statements for internal or third party use.
